The Y4 Finland Ltd. produces the European best practises, based on the Y4 Ideology, for public organisations to develop the welfare and living quality through entrepreneurship.
Y4 Ideology includes a specific process, method and tools which will be adapted to local needs. The know-how is based on practice which has been implemented since 2002 by Y4 Finland Ltd. and Y4 network.
Y4 is an abbreviation from four Finnish words and it means Improving the Preconditions for Entrepreneurship through Cooperation.
